Extensive Study of Logistic Regression using Randomized Response Sampling

In this paper, various logistic regression models for several randomized response models are proposed and studied. The effect of choice of parameters in the randomized response models due Warner (1965), Kuk (1990) and the Simmons' unrelated question model on the logit functions has been demonstrated through various graphical representations. The effect on the estimates of the regression coefficients involved in the logistic model for different randomization devices are studied through a real data available in Cody and Smith (2006). The proposed method can easily be implemented in standard statistical software such as SAS in the procedure SURVEYLOGISTIC to analyze data of a sensitive nature collected through different randomization devices considered.
